Interested in getting spiritually fit this year? Growing spiritually is much like training physically. People don’t wake up able to run a marathon, lift heavy weights or be active for long periods of time. These things take time, effort and coaching. The same is true for putting faith into practice for a lifetime. It takes time, effort and coaching.
